Howard Hayes – Owner/CEO

Howard Hayes is from Detroit, Michigan. Mr. Hayes played high school basketball at Thomas M. Cooley High School in Detroit where his team won three state basketball championships. Hayes played college basketball at Chicago State University. This is where Hayes learned the importance of being a collegiate athlete and focusing on education. Mr. Hayes’ professional basketball career afforded him the opportunity to play in several countries including Japan, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Canada and China. Mr. Hayes also played in the ABA for teams in California located in Los Angeles, Fresno, Seaside, Modesto and in Detroit, Michigan. In 2012, after retiring from professional basketball, Mr. Hayes fulfilled a vision to inspire his peers and young adults by creating sports opportunities through, the Coast II Coast All-Stars. This is a professional travel basketball team with the ABA. The Coast II Coast All-Stars basketball team is owned by Maddhoopers Sports, a Hayes Group Company.

Dennis Foster – Head Coach/GM

Dennis Foster, a native Detroiter, played his high school basketball at Hamtramck (MI) High School. Mr. Foster played college basketball at Grand Rapids (MI) Community College and at Marygrove College in Detroit, Michigan. In just two years, Mr. Foster became the second leading scorer at Marygrove College. Foster’s professional basketball experience includes playing in the ABA, Ireland and the Mexican Professional League. In 2006, Foster led the Sligo All-Stars in numerous offensive statistical categories on their way to their first Senior Division Ireland Cup Championship. Off the basketball court, Mr. Foster is active in community activities focused on youth. In Detroit, Michigan and Sligo, Ireland, Foster established basketball clinics devoted to promoting physical fitness and basketball fundamentals for youth. Mr. Foster’s not for profit organization sponsored educational trips for youngsters to visit Europe.
